Q: How much does drug and alcohol treatment cost?

A: The cost of drug and alcohol treatment depends on a few factors, including:

  • Type of treatment (residential vs. detox)
  • Insurance coverage
  • Length of treatment

Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: Yes, we accept different insurances at New Hope Ranch. We can conduct a quick verification of benefits to see if your insurance provider is accepted. Visit our Insurance page for more information.

Q: If I do residential treatment, can I bring my cell phone and/or laptop?

A: Yes. Your device(s) will stay secured with a counselor and available to use at scheduled times. Learn more about what to bring for residential treatment.

Q: If I do residential treatment, can I bring my pet?

A: In accordance with ADA guidelines, we do accept registered service animals. Learn more about what to bring for residential treatment.

Q: Can my family visit me while I’m in treatment?

A: Per CDC guidelines, face-to-face visitation has been temporarily suspended, however, we do support online visitation.

Q: Do you provide detox treatment?

A: Yes, we provide medical detox at New Hope Ranch. The process is research-driven yet personalized to the individual needs of each patient. Learn more about our medical detox program.
